If an item arrives damaged in transit or does not match the confirmed order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

Custom bats are made to your confirmed specification and are not eligible for return once knocking-in has begun, except for damage in transit or a genuine mismatch with what was confirmed.

We do not offer a general replacement or performance guarantee on leather cricket balls.
